I have a new to me Bobcat T320. It has AC and it works well because I jumpered 12 V to the AC clutch and the AC works great. But I don't want to run it like that. The compressor clutch has a 6 inch pig tail with a connector on it. I can't seem to find any where on the wiring harness to plug into. There is a switch on the AC panel in the cab with a "*" on it. When that is on, I read 12V at the blue wire. I traced that blue wire down under the cab (with the cab up) and it is not connected to anything. It does read 12V there also. I tried jumping that wire to the AC clutch, but it does not pull enough amps to set the clutch. I think there must be a relay what is involved somewhere, but I just can't seem to locate it. Any thoughts or if someone can look and see how yours is plugged in, that would help. Thanks

My S150 had an issue with the AC when i got it too, ended up being a bad relay. The problem is, the AC was not OEM i don't believe, the relay was just dangling around under the cab.
Can you ask your dealer for a wiring parts diagram for your AC?
Seems odd that the orevious owner didn't have the AC hooked up, especially if it works well when jumped. If it didn't work well, i'd have suspected low charge as the safety pressure switches may not be operating.

yes there is both a relay and a fuse. between youre shins. couple things to consider A. clutch goining bad pullining too many amps SMOKED WIRE. will show continituy but wont carry the load. b the entire thing runs thru that ac switch. it will flicker when going bad.(yea seems strange but that was a lesson learned hard} .also of note a lot of B/C ac have a diode in harness will need to check schematic. other than that verify proper charge and correct function of low pressure switch.
