T250 blowing brake piston cover off

hi we have a t250 that the bearings failed we installed the new updated bearing hub, put everything back together it ran fine for about a half hour then blew the cover off the back breaking about half of the bolt heads off. So we took everything back apart installed a new piston seal (the big o-ring) put it back together and the same thing, there are no contaminates in the system the filters were changed and the drive motor itself was running fine before the bearing failure and help is greatly appreciated. 502 643 0424 tad ingram thanks

I'm thinking your case drain filter is plugged. The motor has engineered leakage for cooling and is drained away from threw the case drain line back to sump. Normally when the bearings fail it takes out the whole motor, the outer bearnings set the preload on the rotating group. The case drain filter is a small brass cartage filter in the middle of the machine. I don't think you could have hooked any hoses up backwards, the brakes are spring applied, hyd release.

bcd is right seen it before, hopefully it didnt build enough to blow thru case drain, if it did you are in for real good time dissasmbling and cleaning every thing including hoses an tubes . never really knowing if you got it all, the filter you need is #6661807 good luck,

If the machine has power bobtach and it stopped working, there is metal in the system.

I see some motors are 4 hoses and some are 5 hoses , which one do you have ----are you sure you got the hoses right -------when you put the new outter housing on , did it lay flush on the motor section from the start or did you pull it together with the bolts -------- have seen the rock filter get so clogged up that the hose going to the rock filter got backed up with 8 inches of metal particles stuck in it blocking the flow
