I have a t190 bobcat....and have a few questions.... Where do i check the hyd. fluid?? How much does it hold?? there is one grease fitting on the front and one in the back that i cant get greased with the hand held grease gun. What do i need to do?
I have a T180 (radial lift) which I believe is nearly identical to the T190 (vertical lift). Book says about 9 gallons of hydro oil total, maybe a bit less. If the info in the prev post doesn't work for you, post which fittings are not taking grease. I've done a bit of work around the front ones and can talk you through how to work them over. My T180 had not been greased properly, and I ended up buying a new bobtach plate for about a kilobuck. So don't use it a lot until you get grease in there. Really easy to fix the no-grease problem before something wears out. Really hard and expensive if the problem is ignored for too long.Left side for hydralic level site window. Floating ball in view. Good. Remove grease fittings that wont take grease. Put on grease gun and try to push dirt or froze grease out. Still clogged, replace fitting w/ new one. If the fitting takes grease re-install but do not tighten all the way in, Try the grease gun again and this should help, but you may still neeed to clean out the joint to take grease.
