I have a 825 Bobcat hydrostatic . approx. 1978 I removed the snow off my drive and my nieghbours a couple of days ago and it worked just fine. I started it today ,let it warm up. I Climbed in the machine and went to move it .It would not move The lift and the bucket work good but the sticks feel very light acts like there is no pressure on them. The machine well not move either forward or back. I Pulled the fiberglass cover off to expose the pumps and noticed that there was no fluid flowing out of the small 90 degree fittings. Usually there Quite a bit that pumps out. Filter seem to be clean . Where should i start first to see where my problem is or are my pumps gone ? Any advise would be very appreciated

You state your machine is a 78' i would have the vane pump rebuilt. Really its a cassette that gets changed out. the whole pump is disassembled cleaned and rebuilt with a new cassette that holds the volute and the vane impellar. I had mine done for $200 and i increased the cassette to a number 7 giveing me more flow and pressure but be warned once the pump is rebuilt any worn fitting or tired hose will blow so for the cost change the hoses its worth the extra money.
