753g showing temp alarms and shutting down. temp guage would peg and then role temps up and down to normal. hydraulic temp high alarm. changed hydraulic filter, no help. trying to find hydraulic sensor locally so as to avoid the shipping time. tried grounding temp sensor harness to engine and no change to the guage, didnt peg. any help diagnosing my issues would be appreciated. im guessing its a wiring or ground issue and have looked at wiring harness with nothing obvious. machine is on a job with 1 hr left to complete. also, traction lock and hydraulics and aux were acting all kind of crazy or not working at all. tia for ideas. battery terminals are clean and tight. drive belt feels tight. 12-23 11-05 09-21 these are my codes

Hi, this defect is common in these machines, the cause is the controller. Do a simple test, check how many volts you get at the engine temperature sensor connector (with the sensor disconnected), it should be 8v. If it is more or less, it turns out that you have a faulty controller. This controller can be repaired guaranteed at www.isoscell.com

Ok, here's what I found. Seat bar sensor if it has crud on it will start acting stupid. Falsely overheats, hydraulic pressure and Temps go nuts, shuts machine down. Get a can of penetrating spray and spray the crap out of the sensor top bottom sides ect while working seat bar up and down then spray it again. No controller at 1800.00 or computers at all. Also check all spades in fuse and relay panel have clean spades and slots. May need to get needle nose and tighten up all female connections in fuse block. I'm back up and running.

Hi, The problem with your machine definitely comes from the main controller. It is a common defect with these machines. You can do a little test to make sure that the controller is faulty: check how many volts you get at the engine coolant temperature sensor connector (the sensor must be disconnected, key position ON), normally you should get 8V. Other values or fluctuations indicate that the controller is defective.

My problem ended up being a seat bar sensor. I used contact cleaner spray and penetrating spray and worked the seat bar and sprayed again and wallah! No more issues. No fake over heat issues, no fluid malfunctions, running as it should. Thx.

It is possible that there was a short circuit in the seat bar sensor that caused the voltage drop on all the sensors. Or it was a coincidence that when you cleaned the sensor, the controller returned to normal, but if so, the problems will return. Keep us posted
