Yes it only has 3 spools. Doesn't drift real bad, but would like to stop it if possible. The cylinder is new and what caused the vale to need honed when it sent steel from piston into the valve.would like to find a salvage, but not had much luck.Have you looked for wreckers?
Are you sure it's 3 and not 4? some 743s had lift, tilt, aux, rear aux.
Just how badly does it bleed down? have you checked that your load checks are in good shape? that and cylinder seals. I think a new control block will cost you a fortune if the dealer had one available.
