s250 wont move. alarm engages with 10 second auto shutdown

2010 S250 with less than 300 hours on it stopped working on me last week. Got codes 5-14 and 5-15. 10 second alarm and shutdown occurred as well. The hydraulic arms appear to function normally but the the machine does not want to move. If I abuse it a bit i can full throttle it upon startup and occasionally get it to move forward but it sounds horrible like a belt is squeeking and it generally drives poorly. If I disconnect pressure sensor the motor will stay on but still wont drive. A couple of times I was able to full throttle it and the low pressure alarm would shut off but it still did not want to move. I hooked a pressure gauge to the sensor location and got around 150psi at idle. I replaced hydraulic pressure sensor and hydraulic oil filter. I checked belt and it seems to be moving just fine with no abnormal wear. I have already purchased another one but I don't think this is the issue. I disassembled the inline hydraulic pre-filter coming from main tank and found what looked to be some sort of sealant debris on the brass filter. I cleaned it and re-installed the unit. Currently Im looking at the possibility of the traction lock solenoid being faulty and not allowing flow. I am not a mechanic and am about at my wits end. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That error code is low charge pressure, but you changed the sensor so at least you know it's right.
How tight is the drive belt? it shouldn't squeak, normally they will run fine but under load they will slip, making noise, i'd try tightenng it a bit more to be sure and try it again.

Belt appears quite tight with no wear on inside or out. My brother in law worked on it all day. By the time he was done he got the alarm to stop sounding at high throttle. at low throttle the alarm will still sound but not shut down. He also cant get it to disengage the wheel lock to move forward.

The wheels should unlock, low charge pressure or not.
What if you press the traction lock overide? does it unlock the brakes? you should hear a clunk.

I dont hear a clunk when the traction lock over ride is pressed. I just purchased a solenoid for the over ride. Hope it resolves the issue.
