S160 Lift Arm Pedal Linkage issue.

My dad recently purchased a 2008 S160 and while cleaning snow with it, the left pedal, lift arm pedal got totally sloppy with no resistance. Hydraulic fluid level is fine, everything else functions perfect and it's not throwing any codes. I lifted the cab and looked at the linkage and it is connected in the places that it should be but the crossbar appears to flop from side to side. Without having a manual for his machine it appears like that cross bar should in fact pivot in order to operate correctly. So in the middle of the crossbar are a few bolts but there does not appear to be any corresponding mounting bracket or pivot assembly below the crossbar to mount it to. What am I missing here? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Check all pivot points, one seems to have come loose. Lift the cab and check all of them from the pedal back to the control block, you should be able to see it.
