Replacing motor mount bolts on 763 Bobcat

I just rebuilt the engine on my 763 Bobcat but am having a hard time getting the 4 motor mount bolts in on the back side of the motor. I worked for two hours trying to get them started to no avail. Is there a secret to getting them in????

That's why I pull the engine and hydro as an assembly so I can mess with those bolts in the open. Fine thread so they cross threaded easy. Loosen the mount on the pump maybe that will give you enough.
