Hey guys, the steering lever broke on my Bobcat 753. I bought a replacement lever and when I went to replace it, I was not able to get my open end box wrench onto the nuts that hold the steering lever in place. This was in part because there is a point where all of the hydraulic lines meet up, which can be seen in (picture 2) making it near impossible to get my tools in there. So, do I need a specific tool the will allow me to access the nuts without have to remove the hydraulic lines and the object that they go into. Sorry to post the pictures this way guys, I have a Mac and I can't figure out any other way to do it.

You should be able to remove the nuts on the end of the alloy housings to let the arms slide out. They were essentially muffler clamps, a U shape with nuts on both ends. Access may be easier if you can remove the frnt panel where the levers go through? Even a small ring spanner? As long as you can get them loose enough to slide the arm out.

I feel your pain PP350 , a 1/4 drive 9/16 socket and ratchet will get in there and loosen up them nuts , you don't have to take them all the way out , just loosen ,-----------------the hardest thing you have to deal with is the electrical wires to the aux controll handle , from the looks of your tube if you get the head off the pipe it will fit loose on the new pipe and then you need to un in the plug of all the wires to get it thru the tubes , old and new , a paper clip will do that for you
