The quick detach pins on my bucket are rusted in and will not pull up. Tried beating on the bottom of them from under the bucket but they never moved. Suggestions?

I had to deal with the same on my pins when I bought it. I don't believe there are any tricks... Every day for several months I bet, I soaked the pins with penetrating oil, once and a while beating on the bottom to free it up. No progress... Much heat applied throughout this process, very little progress. Eventually with enough soaking and beating it moved a teeny bit up (by this point the bin was fairly mushroomed. With more persistence and time I managed to get it up an inch or so, but it got even more stuck there. Keep in mind, that you'll want to remove the pin out the bottom, as I don't believe it quite fits out the top. Soak, pound, soak, pound and on it went. What finally did it was lots and soaking, and my hammer drill (heavy duty) set on hammer only, with a flat chisel blade working from the top back down through the bore. Needless to say that the pin was demolished but this way I eventually got it!! That was a good day... I then cleaned out the bore/cylinder with wet/dry sandpaper on my drill (my brake cylinder hone was too big), and I now have easy access to my forks and attachments... As easy as that. Good Luck.

Sadly thats the only way. Mine were so bad i had to cut them out. I used a plasma cutter and torch to curn them out and made new ones. This destroyed the bosses the pins ran in, but i got them out!
One note, do NOT hit the pins with a standard hammer, they are hardened and will break pieces off that move at close to the speed of light and naturally will find your skin. I caught one just below my left knee. Thankfully I managed to get it out with a powerful magnet.
Be careful.

Try searching the forum as this issue comes up fairly often. I was able to free up mine without damage. Remove the bobtach and bucket from the machine. Remove the grease zerks from each side. You can elevate the back of the assembly where penetrating fluid will pond around the pins. Apply heat to the sleeve where the grease zerk was and flood the pin with penetrating oil. It took me a few repetitions to get the worst side free. I used a block of mild steel held with pliers between the hammer and the pin. I flipped the bucket/bobtach over where I had good access for beating it out.

I got it. Took some silicone caulk and built a reservoir around the pin from the top. Filled it every day for a week with PB Blaster. Day 7 I rapped it from the bottom with a small sledge and it popped right out.
