I have a 2015 590 and I have goggled how to remove the lower pins and bushings. I have so far removed the grease cap, nut ,and bolt. Since than I am at a complete standstill I can not for the life of me get the pin to budge. I have beat on it for hours with a punch and hammer. No go. I have have looked at a few video's and seen guy just tap them with a hammer and they fall out. I am way past the tap with a hammer. I am using a 10lb maul and I still cant get either side to budge. What am I messing ? Any help would be appreciated. it like these pins are welded in there. I have all kinds of play on the quick attaxh. they definitely need to be replaced. Not sure what to try next. Don't really have the cash to take it to the dealer. both sides are the same.

well,
some food for thought

some pics are tapered, so make sure if yours are your trying to push them out in the right direction, or you will just be making life harder

and many folks have some pins can get frozen in rock solid,(typically due to lack of folks greasing often enough why folks say grease is cheap as to not greasing)
as such, many have all sorts of different ways of beating them out,, sledge hammers, air hammers, or using heat/torch to get them free, even seen folks drill holes in them to add relief or them use a sawzal to cut them to bushing, to help them come out!

so your not alone here

so, first I would check that the pins are or are NOT tapered, and if tapered, that your trying to push them out in the right direction
once you know this, its honestly just a game of pressure applied to get them out, be it again using some heat to MAYBE free up any rust that has them rust welded in, or an air hammer/chisel , as most times a good air hammer can add way more impacts and pressure than just using a hand held hammer(pending size of air hammer of course), think impact gun as to just a hand held wrench on how they remove frozen bolts!
then think how heat helps if impact fails and so on

BUT that still doesn't always work, it all comes down to how frozen in they are, , as each level of attempt fails, you have to keep UP-ing the game so to speak
if super frozen in, and all else fails, thats where most folks torch them out,. if you do not have skills or equipment to do so, sadly its having to pay some to do so
and then, in the future, make sure your greasing every 8hrs of machine use or sooner!
as again grease is way cheaper than the frustration and costs of things like this(same IMO goes for oil /fluids and filters
way cheaper in the long run than the ill effects of going past PM guidelines!
