My insurance company wants to know what my 1999 LX 665 sold for new. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Other than what they call the deluxe seat and foam filled tires, I don't think there are any other options.
Kind of curious why they want to know the original price. Even with replacement cost insurance they aren't going to give you any more than current market value. Is your dealer any help on this?

Apparently they asked for it to waste my time. Ultimately he asked for the new cost for no good reason, because he ended up just asking how much I wanted to insure it for. I never understand these things and will probably never accept them, but such is life I guess.
