2011 t190. Suddenly the machine stopped moving and shut down. I started it back up and it runs fine, the bucket/tilt works fine, but it doesnt move at all. The left joystick for the tracks has no affect. However the buttons on the joystick work because i can see it changing speeds on the screen when i adjust it. But the thing doesnt even budge. No codes. Fuses arent popped. Im at a loss

I would guess that you have a open circuit on the circuit that engages the valve to open to let the pump provide power to the track motor, I would look at as much of the wiring harness as you can,but it could be a bad handle,or control valve too. the reason I say check the harness first is it is getting cold and the rodents are looking for a place to find a bed.

So i lifted the cab and the plugs that lead ton the left joystick were all underneath like an inch of built up grime. I dug them out and wiped them off but they dont seem so bad. Its alot of plugs. Definitely no broken wires. Should i start disconnecting them and inspecting the contacts?

I performed a joystick calibration and was able to get the machine to move. Its now throwing a code d7598 which is a swashplate code. Im scared to keep running this and end up stuck in a bad spot. Debating going right into the trailer with it.

Mine is often tempermental with the the TO… especially when i hop in and out without shutting down the engine. Like yours the loader boots fine.. but the tracks are like naw.. f u buddy lol… i usually have to turn engine off and wait a few seconds, then restart and engage safety's as i would returning from break. Then hit the buttin with success.. i hope this helps, but bet u have tried such a simple thing. Ill def be following
