Hi I am new to the forum. I recently purchased a 94 Bobcat 763 skid steer ( Kubota diesel) from a friend who did not need it anymore. The machine has a little under 4000 hours and runs great. The issue with the machine is the cab rotted under the seat where the insulation was. It was used for load salt in the winters. Surprisingly it is not all that rusty otherwise. I am going to cut out the piece and weld in a new piece of steel. The rest of the cab is very solid. I would like to go over the machine before I put it into use which is just for general use and snow removal around my property. I need to replace a hydraulic line because it has a slight leak so I figured I would change the fluid and filters as well. What type of fluid do you recommend for the hydraulic fluid. The repair manual says bobcat or 10-30. I would also like to replace the chain case oil. Any recommendations here and are there any adjustments? The machine came with all new bushings and pins. Is there a removable bushing in the tilt cylinder where it mounts to the coupler? I am not sure if it is out of round. The coupler was off the machine when I got it because the previous owner was going to replace the pins and bushings. The last question I have is the bucket was never removed from the coupler and one of the wedges ( one of the two that move when pulling the release handles on the coupler) is froze. The machine came with a new wedge, what do you think would be the best way to free it? Sorry for all of the questions. I have operated skid steers in the past and understand how they operate but have done very minimal repairs on them. My knowledge is in gas and diesel cars and trucks. Thanks Justin

That weight oil is fine. Bobcat will recommend their oil, but engine oil works just fine.
The chain case uses the same grade oil. There is a plug at the back of the chaincase under a rectangular plate held on with three bolts. Look where the back of the engine bay dips down and levels out, it should be right here. Its a rubber plug with a steel insert. There is one into steel, this is the chain case, the one into plastic is your fuel tank. When you drain the oil, you need to remove the inspection plate under the cab and mop the gunk out, then re-fill to the underside of the threads on the plug at the front of the machine.
The ram should have bushings at both ends that can be replaced.
As the the pin.... This will not be fun, you can try penetrating oil and squirting grease in through the nipple on the side. Do not strike it with a hard hammer, only copper hammers. The pins are hardened, i have been caught..... I got a shard of steel in my knee from one.
