I recently purchased an old Owatonna Mustang 330. It was repowered with a Honda GX670 and seems to be in reasonable condition. I rebuilt the lift cylinders and I've tightened up the loose control rods as best I can. It drives better now after being pretty herky jerky. It looks like a previous owner replaced the axle seals but they still leak. I plan to repair the worn axle surfaces with speedi sleeves as I assume that's what's causing the leaks.
I wanted to replace the worn out steering damper but Gabriel discontinued the part. So now I'm looking for a suitable replacement or something I can modify to work. Any ideas out there?
