New member with older Mustang 440 diesel

Hi, just joined the forum, i have a late 70's Mustang 440 with a Perkins 4.108 diesel 4cy that i've owned for about 15 years, it's worked well thus far with some minor repairs. I plan on doing some further maintnance to improve performance and currently having some fuel issues. Looks like a good forum with lot's of helpful people. Dave

The older machines seem to have fewer gremlins than newer ones have. Less fancy electronics to cause issues.
Hopefully your fuel issues are just plugged filters or bad fuel hoses.
