Hello everyone, Just signed up because I got a new to me 610 bobcat. This is my first machine like this, and when I did some searching online for information, this site comes up with the most frequency and the best information. I am sure I will have a few questions upcoming, but I plan to read through the board and search a bunch before I start repeating questions. I am thinking you are correct. I bought it in 'working' order, meaning it all functioned while I did a quick test drive, and then drove it on the trailer, then home. Now it won't start or run reliably, so I am going to go through a bucket list and hopefully get it functioning properly. I plan to: electronic ignition new coil 1 wire alternator new ignition tumbler (replace the screw driver method) oil and filter change hydraulic fluid and filter change And then I will test compression and see what I have really got Also, not an immediate priority, but the adjustable speed spits hydraulic fluid out when trying to engage faster speeds, so it stays in low, but eventually I will rebuild that, hopefully just needs some seal. I will try to keep things updated as I work through it all.
