New Member Looking for Advice on First Purchase

Hey guys(and girls)!Im looking for my first skid steer to replace a forklift in a month or two. Im interested in an older machine and have been looking at a case 70 xt and larger. I need to be able to lift a ton box once or twice a week for a cpl months of the year. The rest of the use will be just yard work and some brush removal. Not really frequent use is planned but hopefully i can think of more stuff to play at. Any advice on those machines like recurring problems or things i should watch for or are the case machines even what I should be looking at would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jerry

I thought the case 70xt had issues early on with drive motor seals, hopefully they have all been repaired under warranty already, but something to keep an eye out for.
That is the only issue i have heard about on Case machines.
