Does anyone have a drive train diagram? I am trying to replace my chain after repair.
Mike10...thank you, finally figured it out by trial and error just after midnight that night. The trouble was the idler sprocket was too close to front sprocket and had to be loosened in order to fit chain between sprockets. You were right on the pattern the chain went. Thank you...The world needs more helpful people that care--like you.You have four sprockets in the chain case. The two large axle sprockets, one smaller lower sprocket attached to the drive gear, and the upper idler sprocket. I do not have the means to upload a diagram but perhaps I can explain it adequately. If you start at the top of the rear axle sprocket go forward to the top of the front axle sprocket ( this is a straight span) go around the front axle sprocket to the lower sprocket attached to the drive gear. Go under this spocket and up and around the back side of this sprocket so the chain is heading back towards the front of the loader. Go under the top idler sprocket and up and around the idler sprocket so the chain is heading back to the rear. From here the chain goes under the rear axle sprocket and back up to where you started.
