It's a great forum. I don't spend as much time here as I should, but the good news is my 742B has been working great. I have learned a lot from the regular posters here.Hi all. If I attach some photos you you mind taking a look at them and give me a buzz if you don't mind to go over the mess the last mechanic I hired left me with. It's not that bad I just don't know we're and what these wires are for. I am having a problem with my parking brake solenoid intermittently locking up on me and thought that could be part of it.Hi all. Retired Mechanic for electric utility co. In Pittsburgh. I'd recommend getting yourself a service manual that will show schematic's on wiringIf I attach some photos you you mind taking a look at them and give me a buzz if you don't mind to go over the mess the last mechanic I hired left me with. I agree. Downloads are ok. But having paper copy in front of me is what I prefer.I'd recommend getting yourself a service manual that will show schematic's on wiring
call it an investment! look on EBay /amazon and try and find a used one, to save a few bucks, or if your a more tech guy, I'd imagine there are some download about one's from free to pay for that can be had!
I like hard copies, and one i can hold in my hands
there are some online printing company's that will print out manuals too, if you find a download able one
its what I did for mine, was like 1200 pages, so too much for my home printer to do
and IO had them put it in a 3 hole binder, cost me like a 100 bucks, but IMO was money well spent, used it dozens of times since getting it!
Would help to know what machine this mess is on. I hate those connectors. If I attach some photos you you mind taking a look at them and give me a buzz if you don't mind to go over the mess the last mechanic I hired left me with. I've found tablets are better than paper, especially when you have to have it right where you're working, and it's dimly lit.I agree. Downloads are ok. But having paper copy in front of me is what I prefer.![]()
