Hey guys I've been replacing hoses, cleaning, replaced control spools, on a 863c..... The from the pedals to the first set of weep holes in the bottom of the loader it's dry. Where the second set of weep holes are under the plate for the fuel and chain case plugs is where I will find drips of clean oil after sitting for some time and also some drips off of the tail end of the body by the rear door. It's very hard to inspect under the pump and between the pump and engine to locate the problem area, does anybody have any tips for finding the leak? Thanks Craig

Clean Clean Clean! Pressure wash every square inch with a good cleaner like Super Clean or Purple Power. Let dry and then put blue shop rags under the locations in which you suspect the leak and let it sit and see if any drips on the clean towels. Good place to check would be the gear pump where it mounts to the drive pumps and check the steering pintle seals on the drive pumps since you are seeing oil on the rear on chain case and the rear door area.

Today I removed the belt shield for the drive belt and found everything wet looking so started getting all the funk out and it appears that there is fresh oil that keeps seeping out of the belly of this housing.... not happy.... would this be pointing me toward a bad seal on the hydro pump where it mates to the engine pulley? If so is it possible to do the repair without removing the motor? Thanks

Very likely that seal is leaking actually, and unfortunately you will need to pull the whole power unit to replace seal unless you have the access cover behind the rear wheel. You may also need a new seal retainer and snap ring so make sure you tear it down before ordering parts.

Well I wanted to find and fix it but I guess I'll have to put everything back and fill with fluid so I can pull it out and power wash it.... just can't find it

Al already mentioned, give everything a good clean and spray it down with compressed air to dry the area then look for where it could be coming from. Pump shaft seals do leak, also the shafts where the steering linkages join to the pump can leak.
Clean and inspect, they can be a pain to find, but you'll get there.
As you mentioned oil when you pulled the fly wheel cover off, i'd suspect the pump seal too.
