The machine will not tilt. Fluid level is fine and recently replaced with 134. Filters have lees than 40 hrs. on them. Machine is not used very much. Both tilt and lift solenoids were replaced in the last 10-14 months. I swapped the wires from tilt and lift and still the same results. Nothing. It lifts just fine. It seems like it wants to tilt but it won't and other times it just squeals like my wife. I was going to swap the solenoids just to check but wasn't sure if it could be anything else that I'm not aware of. I have a new valve (from when I bought the last solenoid) but that I guess is the last option. I'm stumped ! Thanks

Possibly a relief valve stuck open. I think switching the solenoids i a good idea

Back again, Is your solenoid releasing your peddle to full movement? If it is its a valve problem.I believe all the solenoid does is locks the peddle. Mike

Does the bucket stay level if you lift the boom or does it drift down?

Thanks much ! That will probably be my next route. Where is the relief valve located? Mark
Does the squeal sound the same when you try to lower your boom past the point where the cylinders are fully retracted. (don't enguage the float for this test)
I would think it would have the same relief for tilt as it does for lift.
The relief valve is usually on the main hyd valve. some are adjustable and some are fixed.

If the machine is squealing like your wife get rid of it. That type of squeal will not go away not matter what you do.
