So some background, I'm new in to heavy equipment ( I have maybe 30 hours experience from renting). what im doing, I have several projects at my house and some of my rental properties that I plan on doing work on. I also plan on getting in to excavating work little by little providing structural engineering, grading, and foundation prep. I am looking at lightly used machines 2020 or newer with around 1000 hours (the one I am considering making an offer on is a 2020 T76 loaded with 1200 hours looks very clean).
to my questions, what are some hot items to look at on this type of machine? also does bobcat do prebuy inspections? is that worth it to do

My honest option , with 10 Years of working at Bobcat, stay away from that T76 specially build in 2020. These Series is considered the R-Series, stay away from that, so many electrical issues! Look for a M-Series machine, T650, T595, T740 etc.
