Seems like the splines are off the axle or the sprocket

who has a diagram of the transmission parts for a 332?

axle #is 320-32587 sprocket # is 370-32115 seal # is 335-32152. Seal is Available not sure bout the sprocket or axle ,my guess is splines are out of the sprocket . a machine shop should be able to fix that if used isn't available
