I am hoping someone has had the same problem as me. So, my drive belt keeps jumping a rib in the v belt. I have replaced everything including tensioner, pulley, spacer, and belt. I’ve also set the tensioner to everything in between 15 and 30 degrees. Still jumps. What am I not doing right? Machine only has 400 hrs on it. I’ve owned it from new. Dealer is 6 weeks out, I hate to take it in for something simple even though it’s giving me a fit. All help is appreciated.

I can not think of why a ribbed belt would move over unless there is a misalignment problem. If everything is straight even a loose ribbed belt should not move. Take the tension off the belt and and make sure there is no slop in the any pulleys bearings ,check as best as you can with a straight edge that everything in alignment, that is all I got..
