So we figured out what was going on with the hydraulic pump shering bolts all the time, and have dealt with it. While dealing with it, we found that the rear pump gasket was leaking, so I figured since it was out we should do that repair too. We took the back shaft out, and replace this gasket, then put it all back together. Now we have forward and reverse on one side, and just reverse on the other side, but no forward??? We took the pump back apart and check to make sure the roll pin was sitting where it was suppose to be, I am at a complete loss now, does anyone have any suggestions? Don't suppose anyone has a repair/service manual for this thing they would care to share/sell?

What turned out to be the trouble with the pump bolts? How did you fix it?

some wear from the holes in the pump mounting. I had the holes machined back to the proper size, then to give it a little more stength, we also welded a piece on the exact edge of the pump to give it some strength by giving it something to hold it from the torque. This is a bit unproven as we have not that a chance to really run it very long.

Can you pull the relief valves for that section and see that nothing is stuck in it? As its one direction only, the pump is working, but the fluid is by-passing somewhere, the most common area is a relief or drive motor seal.
