I just replaced mine with this. Had to drill 4 new holes in the base but makes a nice replacement.

Those prices are better than I've seen elsewhere. Thank you, @Rlachermeier! I've been keeping my eye out for a replacement seat for my X320. I'll have to measure, but I don't think the suspension will fit - just the seat. Still, most of the prices I've seen have been more than that for just a seat.
