I picked up a 310 a couple years ago, the PO had put on ATV tires on rims, 3 out of 4 rims match. These tires are like riding on big beachballs, moving any kind of a load causes this machine to bounce to the point of no control. A new set of 4 rims and tires are 600+ dollars. I'd like to find some used car or truck rims that might fit and put some 10 plies on it. It's a five lug wheel. Does anyone know, offhand, what vehicle might fit? I work at a automotive salvage yard so have access much. thanks in advance.

On the Discount Tire stores website, you can input the wheel / hub dimensions and it will give you a listing of available wheels, if any exist. You can also input the vehicle (car/truck) information and cross reference the wheels.

Good idea. I found out that Crown Vic wheels have the same hole pattern as the 310 but are 17" rims. Once I put rubber on them, they may not fit within the axle to axle dimension. Also, the offset of the Crown Vic is way to the outside of the rim, should probably be closer to center for my application. Thanks, I'll check your resources.
