Well I can help you figure out your issue by taking you through some step but I'm too far to work on it lol

I have a Rounder L700. The front driver side wheel completely locked up and only slides. The others work fine. Does this sound like the chain came off and if or even if something else, is this a DIY fix?

Drain the chain case and remove the access plate to have a look

Sounds like the bearing gave out
