Machine spudders and rpm's lower and sometimes shuts down...Fuel??

So I have a 2000 753. It runs for a bit and then the engine spudders and the rpm's drop and then it goes back to running fine. Sometimes it actually shuts down. It always starts right back up so I assue the fuel pump is ok?? It is a newer fuel pump. I just replaced the fuel filter too. I assume the engine is starving for fuel. Or possibly air in the lines??

Could be debris in the fuel tank clogging the inlet line. Could also be a cracked fuel line sucking in air.
