Company I work for has a fleet of bobcat S740's
I am currently stumped on one of the skid steers codes ( M2303 starter relay error OFF ).
Bobcat service dept. tells me it's either fuse , relay
or wiring issue. Both fuse and relay tested good.
Checked continuity on the wiring ( while doing the wiggle test ) good continuity. I figure last resort is to pull the harness and check for bare or broken wires. Is there a part of a circuit that I'm missing all together. Any help would be deeply appreciated !!!

Did you ever find the issue? im having the same issue

It was the starter , the small feedback wire was only showing 10 volts.
The tech at bobcat told me it should read the same coming in as going out (12v)
