I am looking for the gear pump that is located beneath the seat of the m-371 and I believe 310,344 models also. the number is 24205 LAC. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. They are hard to find.

My M-371 had a Cessna pump that is NLA. I bought an Honor brand pump from hydraulicstore.com. It took a little work with fittings and hoses to make it fit. The capacity is slightly larger than the OEM, but it has worked well for a year and the increased speed is nice. Total investment was approx $150.

Thank you for the info. I will follow up on the honor pump.

Hi Jim Z, thanks again for your response, would you happen to have the part number for the Honor pump. The guy at Honor pump said we could figure one out, but if you already have the number it would be helpful. Thanks

The Hydraulicstore.com p/n # is 5947157 @ $110.15 ea (Honor p/n# is P111LU10GM). The original pump is OEM to Bobcat and no longer available. It had approx .5 cu in displacement. The Honor pump I used has a .67 cu in displacement. The machine handles the increase without problem or decrease in lifting capacity. It also speeds up the hydraulics a little bit. I had to get a new piece of hose and a fitting for the intake side (Hydraulicstore.com p/n# 1208351 - 3/4' hose to Sae #10 Elbow). The pressure side uses the old fitting. I also had to trim the return tube to the tank slightly. It's snug, but everything fits.

Thanks for the info. Saved us some time and frustration.

Hey guys, new to the forum, thanks for all the good info. My 371 needs a new pump and I was wondering how these Honor pumps are working for you. Thanks, Jim
