S570 Air Condition 2 blink and not working

2014 Bobcat S570 Air Conditioner is 2 blink and not working. I put a new switch in it and that is not the problem still is blinking twice. The low side pressure is 80 psi and the high side is 80 psi and the compressor is not running. I bought the machine used and the guy said it needed recharged but it is at 80 psi. What is the next step? Jumper the compressor or?? I have never heard the compressor run yet but only owned it for a week or so. Two blinks on the A/C box means electrical problem but I have a sick feeling it is a compressor. What to do next? Any help is appreciated. thanks.

It is always almost the same pressure when the machine is not running. On the Side where the Cab Harness comes down, there is an extra cable with two wires and a connector. Unplug this connector and put a paperclip in it. Does your compressor starts working? Is the Thermostat still blinking? That bypasses the pressure switch, which would mean that there is not enough freon in the system.
After that you can test the compressor for resistance, should be below 5 ohm. Check also your fuses and your switch inside the cab.
