I just replaced the starter relay a few months ago -- it cost me 2 starter rebuilds and 3 starter solenoids before i figured out the starter relay was sticking sporadically. I thought that i was getting bad starter solenoids. It kept the starter engaged even after yanking the key out. One of the times it stuck it even melted down the negative battery post before i could disconnect the battery! Talk about a hard prob to figure out. Oh well, you live you learn. I wonder if i can put a volt meter on the fuel solenoid lead? Nope i did not try to feel of fuel solenoid after it shut down -- I will next time. And also nope on the trying to start it in the "service" position. After it was continually beeping at me and giving the 02 error I was too skeered to go ahead and turn the ignition over. I'll probably be pulling the fuel solenoid soon. Has anyone ever used the new holland 1-800 number for customer service and got any results?</p></blockquote><p></p>
