Ok, a neighbor has an 863 turbo bobcat skid steer that he wants to sell and machine has two issues. It locks up on tilt and curl of the bucket (info from owner, I haven't seen it yet. Going today). And seems to have a louder hydraulic whine than my 753. Is the louder whine normal for the 863. 3000 hrs. It has fluid in site glass. Anything to check besides changing hydraulic filter? Is it usually coils on bics going bad to cause lockup not working? Thx in advance.
