Left drive lever not reurning to nutural

If I let go of the left lever in reverse it doesn't snap back to nutural 751 bobcat

having the same issue with a 743 have to get it inside and lift cab but pretty sure its a spring fallen out

Its possible the linkage adjustable slotted connection slipped.? Does it keep moving in direction its stuck on after releasing lever?
