L785 Skid Steer Slow Hydraulics

2 Problems! 1. All Bucket and boom operations are very slow. What could be the problem? 2. When it warms up the steering growles and it doesnt want to move. Suggestions? I just baught it and everything looks good with no leaks.

Are the aux hydraulics locked on by any chance? Common with the first problem. Not so likely as you have other hyd problem. Check your charge pressure with a guage.

I found the problem after changing the two main Hydraulic filters and changing all the oil. The suction side filter was plugged and took a couple of hours of scrubbing to clean it out and it runs like new again.
