Bought the machine last year. It works, just not a lot of boom and bucket curl power. I changed the hydraulic oil Cleaned the screen. Replaced the pump in front by my feet. I tried to t a pallet of block,2000 lbs, it wolnt lift it like it is bypassing? When I boom up and turn left... I get a loud clicking and a vibration in the hand controls.. Not a lot of break out power when digging.. Any suggestions?? Thanks John

Boom up and turn Right is when it seems to looses hydraulic power and something clicks super fast underneath.. Is it a pressure relief????

I am not sure what your problem is but my machine will do that if the screen is plugged. So would be caused by low pressure. There is a fitting on the bucket cylinder to check your psi. You need a 2500psi gage and attach it to the fitting. Start machine let it warm up then run it at full speed, curl the bucket to full stop. Psi should read 2000 - 2300psi. You stated that the screen was cleaned and the gear pump was replaced. You need to check the psi to make sure the pump is working ok. When mine did that I checked the psi and it was only 1650psi. I changed the gear pump and it went to 2150psi. Hope you get fixed.

Thanks for the Response. I have cleaned the filter a dozen times and changed the oil a few times. I will try to get a gauge and check the pressure. Thanks
