L250 just clicks no start

Been cleaning terminals, battery charge 13+, changed the starter solenoid under battery tray, just pulled key switch an tested ok. is the next step pulling the starter? Don't see how that is coming out, hope I don't have to.
 
Check the voltage at the starter. Hopefully it's just a bad cable. They can corrode inside the insulation.

Also, make sure to check and clean your grounding points and the fuse/relay connections. Maybe swap out the starter relay to make sure it is good.

You can also jump the starter with a set of jumper cables to see of it turns over.
