KX 865 boom locked up

98 or 99? LX 865 turbo, sudden shut down as if I turned off the key. The instrument panel also went dark at the same time. Normally as I am sure everyone knows, when you sit in the seat the panel lights up. I ran a jumper from the battery to the fuel solenoid to get engine started to get me away from a large fire I was working. Somewhere I have no DC volts feeding the problem in question. I found a fuse that is dead on both sides. When I back track that I get to a 30 amp Bosch sq fuse. I replaced it but it did not put current to the 15 amp that is dead on both sides. Any guidance would be great.
