I've got a 2013 John Deere 332E with enclosed cab. I've been fighting a leak from the window on the roof. I've replaced the rubber washers for the bolts, replaced the gasket and, ultimately, put a bead of silicone under and around the gasket. I even smoothed the area that the gasket sits on with emery cloth. All of this was last September. Yesterday, it began leaking again. What does a fella have to do to fix that?

Are you sure it is a leak or could it just be condensation?
I had the same issue with a Bobcat A300 and after putting a tarp over the machine to make sure that no moisture was coming from the roof window I still had water dripping from the window. All condensation.

This may not be the case with your machine but it is something to consider.
