John Deere 319D low fuel pressure

Ran fuel low but not empty on 2006 319D. Machine went into derate and threw two codes 1569.31 & 94.18. Filled tank with fuel will idle fine but if you get about 2k rpm engine is running rough and white smoke and go into derate again. changed inline and screw on fuel filter and still have same issues.

fuel pump bad?
injectors bad?
something else?

First thing I would check is to see if you sucked something into the fuel pickup line when the fuel ran low.

Change your fuel filter. It could be clogged.

You could try running an exterior fuel tank to see if you have the same problem or not. If not, then you may have something stuck in the line between the tank and the filter.

can you get a exploded view of the pick up tube in the fuel tank from a parts manual and look for a filter screen on the bottom of that tube ,if there is one there it might be plugged with trash. Did you empty the fuel filter in a bucket and look for trash or water in the filter ,if it was not emptyed maybe you can still look at it ,in a clear glass is best.
