Jd 260 wheel loader control vale for bucket and arms

So the control valve is not letting hydrolic fluid through, and is causing hydraulic fluid back pressure to pump and won't let engine to turn over. Need help plz

I am not familiar with that particular machine but normally this is caused by either a detent being on in the case of a manually controlled machine (usually the auxiliaries) or a solenoid being stuck on in the case of an electronic machine.
 
Brdgdldr is on the right path as the 260 is a manually controlled machine with foot pedal control of the bucket and arms. Assuming this was working previously and you are able to easily operate the foot pedals (no obstructions) the valves should be in center position manually. I'd check the auxiliary control on the right hand lever to make sure it is centered and not trying to flow as I've encountered that before. More information will be helpful. Good luck!
