Info on SkidSteer Brand Hysoon

I'm looking to buy skid steer. Has anyone had experience with this manufacture? I'm looking at Hysoon HY700, comes with a perkins EPA engine, or much cheaper non EPA engine. What is the reason to buy EPA engine? Is it possible to import the non EPA engine?

I don't know anything about the brand, but the EPA rating on the engines are issues in different states of America, post where you are from to get more details.
I thought there was something about you can't use a non compliant machine for government work?
Hopefully other members can give more details. I'm from Australia, for now, they don't care about emissions for home use machines.

I know this is an old post now, but I'm pretty sure here in NSW Australia, you can't get any government work with anything than a Tier 4 engine. That explains all the modern machines I see doing road works around Sydney. I've heard that the Kanga compact loaders will soon have Tier 4 engines in them too.
