Hydraulic problem on 440B skidsteer

When I run and don't do anything it will start to make a noise, and the noise is coming from a steel line coming of the control valve to the filter block and it's closing the oil to foam up. Any suggestions? Also it's not consistent it will go away then come right back and it will also stop when I lift up the booms but it eventually comes back.

You probably have something in the control valve that needs to be resealed.
