Hydraulic Problem on a Bobcat 743B

Hi All, I have a 743B Bobcat and I have an issue were the hydraulic lift arms and bucket controls occasionally do random actions that are not part of the actions of that lever.
Sometimes only one lift arm side appears to want to work other times the bucket controls jut do random actions, anyone come across this issue before ?

I would appreciate any start points to look for this issue.

Could be internal leaks in your control valve.
I have attached the test procedures for the 743.

could be the lift arm cylinder bypassing the piston seal, had this on a deere loader
