Hello, I am tring to find a new cylinder for a raider 2142 baclhoe. I bent one of the rods on it and can't seem to find a replacement online with the correct ends. Any suggestions? It is like an eyelet with a grease fitting on it. It has a 3.5" bore and a 16" stroke. The rod is around 1.25 in dia. Any help is much appreciated.

Take it to an engineering shop, they will be able to replace the bent rod or they could even straighten it in a press. If its not s *standard* style of cylinder you would have to get it custom built anyway.
Good luck in your search!

Here is a link to one, not sure if it is the same thing but it is around $200. http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?UID=2008060315121162&item=9-062-16&catname=hydraulic Might have to copy the link into the browser. It has 1" pins and 1.5" rod.
The way I repair mine on my backhoe is to make my own new rod. Bailey Hydraulics in Knoxville, Tn will sell you the rod stock, machine the threads on the one end and cut and use the other end off your old one. That is the cheapest route I've found.
