Hello, I have a 753 machine and am replacing the hydraulic hoses for the bucket lift arm and tilt cylinders. The hoses come up around from the engine compartment to the hinge area of the lift arms (somewhat of a high point here). What kind of venting do people do after replacing these hoses? Since the flow to the lift / tilt cylinders simply does a back/forth vs. a recirculation flow, I don't see the system dynamically venting. I was planning to attach hoses tight at bottom end and keep the top fittings a touch loose, start the machine and work lift / tilt till I get oil leaking out the top hose fittings, then tighten. Is this adequate? Better way to vent? Appreciate any tips / advice. Thanks, Dale.
