I have a 345 Mustang skidsteer. I am trying to replace leaking control valves, but I still haven't found a set of valves. Now I need to move the machine to make space, but I don't want to reinstall the leaking valves. I am wondering if I could cap off the hydraulic lines to the valves so that I am able to move the machine until I can get valves? Would this be an ok idea for the time being? Could it cause any other problems to the machine or burst a line? Any help/info is appreciated. Thank you.

You can plumb your valve block supply directly to the return line and just recirculate the oil, but make sure any other bleed lines are capped. If in doubt, just jack it up and put it on a dolly to move it around.
